Tangram tables

A set of geometric tables that can stand separately or gather into a larger composition.

A tangram puzzle became a set of individual tables. Gathered together, the pieces make a larger surface; separated, their geometry suggests other arrangements. The in-house design moves between a single composition and useful independent objects.

An early furniture project from 2020–2021, the build developed through models, full-size layouts, and repeated fitting. Angled frames, doweled connections, and fitted tops carry the geometry into the construction.
